CHILD POLICY
Children below 4years are on complimentary basis.
Sea View Rooms: Children from 4years to 6years (Sharing bed with parents) $30 per child net rate. Children from 4 years to 11years (own room) $55 per child net rate.
Deluxe Rooms: Children from 4years to 11years (Sharing room with parents) $25 per child net rate. Children from 4 years to 11years (own room) $40 per child net rate.
Garden View Rooms: Children from 4 years to 6 years (Sharing bed with parents) $20 per child net rate. Children from 4 years to 11 years (Own room) $30per child net rate.
Children of 12years and above are subjected to a full adult rate.
Deposit and cancellation policy
A 15% deposit is due and payable upon booking. This deposit is non-refundable.
The balance is due upon arrival at the hotel.
Should you cancel a confirmed booking, a cancellation fee in percentage of the total costs of the booking will be charged. Cancellations received up to 31 days before the confirmed arrival date will be fully refunded deducting the bank transfer fee and the non-refundable deposit. For cancellations received 30 to 21 days prior to scheduled arrival, 30% of total costs will be charged in addition to the non-refundable deposit. For cancellations received 20 to 11 days prior to scheduled arrival, 50% of total costs will be charged in addition to the non-refundable deposit. For cancellations received 10 days or less prior to scheduled arrival or for no-show, 100% of total costs will be charged.
