Deposit and cancellation policy
A 15% deposit is due and payable upon booking. This deposit is non-refundable.
The balance is due upon arrival at the hotel. Should you cancel a confirmed booking, a cancellation fee in percentage of the total costs of the booking will be charged. For cancellations received 21-30 days prior to scheduled arrival, 30% of total costs will be charged in addition to the non-refundable deposit. For cancellations received 11-20 days prior to scheduled arrival, 50% of total costs will be charged in addition to the non-refundable deposit. For cancellations received 0-10 days prior to arrival or for non-show, 100% of total costs will be charged.
PLEASE NOTE CANCELLATION POLICY DURING HIGH SEASON:
21/12 TO 08/01 AND 20/07 TO 31/08
