Deposit and cancellation policy

A 15% deposit is due and payable upon booking. This deposit is non-refundable.

The balance is due upon arrival at the hotel. Should you cancel a confirmed booking, a cancellation fee in percentage of the total costs of the booking will be charged. For cancellations received between 30 days and 7 days prior to scheduled arrival, 50 % of total costs will be charged in addition to the non-refundable deposit. For cancellations received 7 days and 48 hours prior to scheduled arrival, 75 % of total costs will be charged in addition to the non-refundable deposit. For cancellations received less than 48 hours prior to scheduled arrival or for non-show, the total costs will be charged.
